Duties and Responsibilities:
Modelling and Drafting in Revit Architecture 2017.
Modelling and Drafting of Shop Drawings for Architectural, Structural and Interior Finishes.
Modelling of Architectural elements and finishes for proposed buildings such as Arrival, Departure and Concourse Buildings.
Modifications of Revit families for Architectural and Interior Finishes.
Submission of finished Revit model and Shop drawings for approval.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Modelling and Drafting in Revit Architecture 2016.
Modelling and Drafting of Shop Drawings for Interior Finishes.
Modelling of Interior PROPS for the Themed Architecture and incorporate with Interior finished models.
Modifications of Interior PROPS Model families.
Architectural Draughtsman with more than 13 years of experience in drafting and designing works involved in architectural engineering designs for floor basement section details, floor finishing, wall finishing, modern door and window details, cladding and fascia details, roof and detailed drawings, etc., Experienced in Interior design works and supervision works especially pertaining to quality control of architectural and interior design works.
Well proficient in software applications being used for design and drafting
such as AutoCAD (2D & 3D), Revit Architecture (with BIM implementation of building design), 3DStudio MAX (Modelling and animation), Adobe Photoshop and other Raster editing Tools, etc.,
Review of the Architectural and Engineering drawings.
Planning the task to be executed at site with engineers.
Arrangement of the resources and labours for the particular tasks and supervision of the assigned work to be executed as per the delivered drawings at site.
Prepare sketches and cad drawings with odifications as per the site condition.
Checking and supervision of architectural elements, structural floor, fixing of tile floor finish structural wall plastering cladding of wall, columns, etc., HVAC installations, fixing of false ceiling painting works on grills wall metal fixtures, etc., as per the specifications
approved by the architect.
Arrange meeting at site for review of the availability of resources specification of the materials and the overall progress of the work.
Coordinate other disciplines and staff to review the work to ensure the quality of the work and timely completion of the work Report the progress of work to the higher management and presentation of the issues pertaining to the execution.
Quality checking of the ongoing as well as the completed
works and getting verified by the HSE and QC engineers.
Review the approved Architectural and Engineering drawings.
Planning the task to be executed at site with engineers.
Verify the drawings and documents recieved by the staff of contractor.
Arrangement of the resources and labours for the particular tasks and supervision of the assigned work to be executed as per the delivered drawings at site.
Prepare sketches and cad drawings with modifications as per the site condition.
Make necessary modifications as per the site conditions for easy installations for the interior works.
Drafting using AutoCAD of civil, electrical, Structural and Telecommuncation drawings as per engineering designs.
Incorporating all the engineering designs with the Architectural plans designed by the Architects.
Degitization based on the requirements in the drafting process.
Preparing CAD documents and Presentations of completed assignments.
Designing and drafting of residential plans with design of interior spaces as per the clients preferences.
Review and planning of the approved drawings for the execution of the work along with engineers and contractors.
