About the Organization : AQUA FLOW is an ISO 9001 certified company, Supplier and manufacturer of mono blocks pumps, electric motors, pump sets, Largest range of products from Indian suppliers, exporters and manufacturers.
Major Customers are: Supreme metals & alloys, Armstrong Ltd, Crompton Greaves
was established in Nasik in the year 1993 for manufacturing Connecting Rods. Fortuna is the first company in India amongst the Connecting Rod manufacturers was certified for ISO TS 16949: 2002 by BVQI. Currently Fortuna supplies Con Rods to various Auto and Tractor manufacturers in India & 30% of production is exported. From last two years have started manufacturing of Cam Shafts.

Diploma final year project :
Title : Fabrication of simple indexing in shaping machine.
Description : Control up and down movement of table in shaping machine using stepper to reduce manual effect.

Mini project :
Title : Friction welding in lathe.
Description : Welding a polymer materials in lathe using by frictional energy, it minimizes time, cost & equipment requirements.
Final year project :
Title : Machining performance study on Al2024/SiC/Gr.
Description : To conduct surface roughness, tool wear, MRR & chip formations under various speed and feed rate by using MINITAB(M27) software.
