Complete charge of the staff and workers for the construction of the New Doha International Airport EMIRI Terminal.
To deploy workers from India & Indonesia for the first time in the company for their ongoing civil construction project.
Tis included setting up of camp & kitchen arrangements.
- Managed a maximum workforce comprising of staff and workers in excess of 12, 500 employees majorly Japan, Turkey, India, Philippines, India, Thailand, Egypt, Jordan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan and many other countries (total of 45 nationalities).
- Well versed with the recruitment procedures from different Asian manpower exporting countries.
- Work force budgeting and planning for the projects.
- Annual appraisals - introduction of appraisal system based on “Key Performance Area” (KPA).
- Formulation of the time-bound service contract system.
- Retrenchment of the workforce during & after execution of the project.
- Liaisoning with the government agencies for clearances of the expatriate staff, compliance of local labour and all statutory laws, etc.
- Drafted Personnel Manuel for the use and implementation in the various South-Asian countries, especially dealing with the style of management and employee relationship & style.
- Recruitment of manpower from various countries. Well versed with the recruitment procedures from different manpower exporting countries.
- Setting up of staff camp & kitchen facilities at worksite.
- Liaisoning with the Government agencies and the Client for clearances of the staff, compliance of local labour and all statutory laws, etc.
Responsible for the entire workforce for deployment on 4 drilling rigs under contract with PDO, Oman. The workforce comprises of Omanis and Expats.

As a Chief Consultant - Recruitments, I was personally responsible for the company's business in the sectors of Oil & Gas - Drilling and Exploration.
Also, supervising the recruitments for Automobile and Two Wheeler sector.

Complete charge for the manpower for Drilling Rig under contract with the main oil drilling company of India.
Handling the manpower for 7 drilling rigs which were operating under contract with the two major E&P companies of India.
Major assignment was co-ordiantion between the Head Office and the 18 sites which were engaged in overhauling & maintenance of thermal power stations in India.
