Analyze progress and resource usage against project baseline.
Preparation & updating of level-4 Engineering, procurement & Construction schedule.

Responsible for Scheduling, Planning and Monitoring for the Project on L-4 level.
Responsible for creation, updating and analysis of schedule to include critical path analysis for the program, Reviews and resolves critical path for errors, inconsistencies and conflicts. Performs schedule variance analysis by comparing the baseline to the actual program schedule.

Executive Summary Preparation on Monthly basis for the Management.
Responsible for submission of Monthly Progress Report to Client bases on WBS of the project.
Coordination between the Engineering consultant and subcontractor for work sequence in line with the Schedule of the Project.
Ensuring timely response and meticulous resolution to contractual issues like variation order, Extension of Time, and other relevant issues with Client.
Generation of Primavera P3 schedule for monitoring and reporting.
Incorporates all approved changes to the baseline into a revised program schedule.
Working on Oracle (OPA) system for generating Purchase order for sub contractors / venders including their progress monitoring and certifying & clearing there invoices for payment.
