Monitoring software usage to ensure compliance with license terms and prevent over- deployment
Regularly review license usage reports and collaborate with relevant teams to optimize license allocation and utilization
Reviewing software license agreements and contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions
Monitoring maintenance and true-up requirements, ensuring timely renewals and adherence to contractual obligations
Administer licenses on various portals, including VLSC, MSDN, O365 Admin Center, VMware, Adobe Admin Console, Red Hat, Autodesk, Tableau, and others
Validating license entitlements, track deployments, and manage license allocations through these portals.
Proactively communicate with users to notify them of upcoming license expirations Following up with end users to facilitate timely license renewals and ensure continuity of software usage
Assisting users in selecting appropriate software based on their requirements and usage needs
Collaborate with vendors and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of software licenses.

Leading work streams to design, recommend, share and document best practices, strategies, processes, policies, governance concepts and licensing guides

If software needs to be procured, then work with procurement team for license delivery. Perform software license optimization to save license cost.

Creating Weekly/Monthly dashboard for Software tickets for SAM Performance & Productivity measurement.
Working on multiple publisher's ELPs on monthly basis.
Sending email notification to users before 90 days about subscription, support expiration for software renewal.

Manage licenses on Various software portals (like Adobe, Autodesk, MSDN, VLSC etc.) Guiding users on new software purchase by gathering information from user about required software

Implement and strengthen reclaim and reuse software for Scenarios including User Exits, Software Transfers, etc.
Assist SAM/PPT management in driving Software Compliance and Licensing
