Coordinating with PR office for Transit Visas of visitors/business delegates outside UAE.
Coordinating with PRO to manage the visa process for the employees (entry permits, residence visa, dependents visa and visa cancellation) and ensuring that all visa applications will be processed smoothly and will be issued on time.
Arranging medical examinations for employees' visas( new/ renewal)
Preparing offer letters as per the Company's standard format
Documentation work relating to staff members - NOC letters, Salary certificates, etc
Preparation of Monthly Reports relating to new staff members &status of their visa process.
Assisting in preparing full and final settlement as well as handling exit formalities for resigned and terminated staffs..
Co-ordination for medical checkups and Emirates ID application for new joiners
Processing leave forms, updating leave records and informing leave approval to staff
Processing overtime by verifying Log In/Out reports and updating Payroll sheet
HA system - creating and updating staff records, uploading overtime details, updating staff attendance, updating details of company property provided to staff members .etc
Verifying invoices received from PR office, Insurance Agent, etc and submitting to HR manager
Coordinating distribution of telephone bills to respective staff members for personal call certification, updating telephone bill sheet and payroll sheet for personal call charges
Checking of outgoing courier logs for personal couriers sent by staff members, informing them about the charges for the same and updating payroll sheet
General admin duties as assigned
Updating staff records-with data collected from staff (address, personal information etc)
Scanning employee documents (Passports, Visas, Certificates, employment contracts etc)
Preparing monthly reports to track expiry of employees visas and labor cards
Payroll related data entry-entering payroll data provided by payroll administrator into spread sheet and updating the same onto the payroll software
Monitoring daily attendance using attendance management software.
Addition / deletion of health insurance cards for employees and dependents as per the offer letter
Receiving and maintaining all original documents / license /Labor cards/ Passport / certificates
DAE & CM)
