Customer Quality: Monitoring & Analysis of Customer Complaint, Customer Audit, CAPA related to Customer Complaint, Implementation of action plan.
Inhouse Quality:-Responsible for Inhouse Quality Objective, CAPA, Process/Product Audit
Attend Customer complaint and analysis of customer complaint by using problem solving tool like as 8D, 7QC tool, Why-Why Analysis, 5-Why Analysis, etc.
