Review customer orders and confirm product
availability in the warehouse, ensure accurate picking,
packing, labeling before dispatch, cross check the
delivery documents with the order list to avoid error.

Schedule daily basis of deliveries based on the order priority
and route efficiency, Assign drivers and vehicles according to
load capacity and destination.

Prepare dispatch sheet, dc copy and Invoice copy, Maintain
bin-card and software entries should be match as per physical
stock, Ensure all documents are signed and returned after
delivery, Monitor vehicle loading plan optimal routes to
minimize time and cost, track vehicle movement and update
delivery status in real time.

Maintain clear communication with drivers, warehouse staff,
and customers, Handle delivery delays, route changes or
customer complaints efficiently, provide delivery updates and
solutions for unexpected issues.

Maintaining invoices and packing list and road clearance
documents to ensure the smooth communication with
transporter and consignment agent, Keep tracking of pending
materials and updating the reports to the customers for lead
time of goods delivery,

Stock maintained by WMS system on day to today basis
without any disappearance, Maintaining stock in the process of
ABC analysis, Stock reports generating weekly and monthly,
Interact with Marketing, Export dept, Accounts dept and HR
Dep.

Taking care of entire Store operations inbound outbound documentation, inventory, transportation housekeeping, administration work, logistics and retail Merchandiser and supply ready garments to Carrefour UAE and Gulf countries.

Taking care of entire Store operations in Leather industries upper division, looking after leather, lining, leather trims and accessories, received, issues and stock maintain.

Taking care of entire Warehouse logistics work supply products to all over India and local areas, planning for daily Day to today dispatch work, incoming shipments inspection and stock maintenance, housekeeping, administration work and documentation and truck movement and follow up customer orders and pending status.
