• schedule a powered industrial fork lift, crane, boom truck, three ton truck and other material handling
equipment. Loads and unloads materials on pallets in and out of warehouse racks in a safe manner. Organizes and
stores materials in an efficient manner attaching identifying labels to materials. Responsible for loading and unloading
trucks
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and vehicles and maintaining housekeeping daily shift checklists
• Participates 100% in full physical inventory count and all paperwork associated with shipping and receiving
• Assist in the development of relevant processes and procedures and address material shorts as requested by Material Control.

• Able to identify materials using part numbers and accurately counts raw materials

• Ensures clear and clean pathways to and from all outside and inside exits on the production floor daily.
• Follows safe manufacturing and material handling practices. Load and/or unload containerized and bulk materials from
transport trucks, including sampling and obtaining required approval.
• Daily receipt & issue of materials, monitoring & keeping detailed records for Receipts and issues, Coordinate and expedite
movement of materials in all work sites. Transporting of all materials site and Examining and verifying the materials. Also
maintains detailed records specifying the shipment or receipt of materials. Maintain a record, a complete record for incoming &
outgoing Materials and update in the Inventory system.
• Verifying new materials (inventories) through proper logistical documents and inspects those materials visually & SAP entry goods
Receipt. Storage all materials location wise like (Fast moving, Medium moving and Slow moving)Update inventory logs per week and
check stock-card updated or not and then update latest inventory on stock-card coordination between service technician and
supervisor providing information to accounts team for invoicing
Management of the project warehouses and for the conservation of the materials / products supplied. In the reception phase, is
responsible for the correct handling of the materials / products and for the quantitative and qualitative verification of the same.
• Monitoring the delivery forecasts of ordered goods and solicits critical materials. prepares and issue reports and updates on the status
of the warehouse.
• In the reception phase responsible of checking that the goods received are correlated with correct and complete documentation and
inform the Chief Store and the Ware Manager the Assurance and quality control about non-conformity relating to the material
received.
• Maintain the conservation of the material in good conditions ensure that it is readily traceable and in places suitable for conservation.
Responsible for the management of spaces, layouts and internal organization according to the needs of the materials present. Checks
the conditions of the stored product and guarantees the stock accuracy (physical / accounting correspondence) of the warehouse by
monitoring and correcting any dynamics of misalignment. Informs the project structures involved in the event of non-compliance of
the stored product.
• Checking the availability of the necessary material on schedule through the continuous interface with the requesting project
departments, planning requests in adequate advance
• Helps and coordinates for the phase of delivery of the material to the requester, also organizing the activities related to it (packaging,
preparation of documentation, etc.) in case of transfers from the warehouse to other construction sites. It guarantees that the delivery
and unloading operations from the warehouse are timely and correctly recorded, provides reports and updates on the activities carried
out
