•Design & implement processes to support recruitment & selection activity with the objective of ensuring that right candidates are selected within the desired time lines.
•Responsible for external recruitments across all levels, control of recruitment cost vs. budget. Set sourcing channels through head hunting, releasing adverts on company’s website, job portals, social media, referrals, walk in interviews and liaison with headhunters if needed.
•Shortlist and evaluate candidates against established recruitment criteria to ensure quality of applicants, arranging interviews, offer letters, reference checks, and negotiating contracts.
•Regularly generate Taleo reports to track manpower requisitions (MPRs) assigned by respective function, in order to ensure that vacant positions are filled ahead or in line with the project specified required date, monitor the status of each selected candidate.
•Exploring new manpower agencies where we operate or have potential projects. Establishing contact, floating request for quotation (RFQ), evaluating quotes against Petrofac cost to company (CTC), initiating the bid evaluation exercise (financial & technical), selecting competitive agencies, launching their due diligence exercise as per the company compliance standards, raise purchase orders on ERP with all supporting documents required for budget approval, concluding the agreement and contract signing.
•Checking and validating all agencies debt notes in line with the signed recruitment agreements, assisting the payroll team in their daily work (Third party payroll).

•Aligning the hiring process, preparing job adverts, beginning with screening applicants, shortlisting and interviewing potential hires followed by making recommendations, writing offer letters, conducting reference checks, and negotiating contracts. •Orientation of fresh graduates joining Graduate Under Development program (GUD in which new grads are introduced to the firm's history, work environment, safety, benefits eligibility, values, employees’ s new manager, long term goals, management structure. Coordination with GUD’s respective supervisors and sponsors to complete the semiannual, quarter assessment and log sheets forms which will be shared with the headquarters for review, feedback and necessary actions.
•Organizing summer internship programs for nominated students to join EPSO summer internship program, preparing interns schedules, insuring all matters related to (accommodation, visa processing documents, transportation, etc.) set. By the end of the training period forward the trainees’ assessments, and feedback forms to headquarters for records and future reference.
•Coordinating with the public relations officer (PRO) to process variety of legal documents in timely manner. (visas all types, health insurance cards, residence permit stamping, labor cards, labor contracts, Emirates IDs, security passes for industrial areas, etc.). and ensuring HRMS system is updated and records are constantly accurate.
•Personnel relations coach, serve as an intermediary between the management and the employees by resolving employee relation issues and policy conflicts
•Auditing all types of employee per diems to ensure compliance with company polices.
