• Working with members of the project in order to deliver project outcomes. Responsible for presenting research findings to Principal Investigator (PI) and also helping in preparing reports
• Identifying suitable techniques for the collection and analysis of data, sample preparation, characterizations and generating reports
• Contributing to team decisions about research directions

• Formulation and Testing of PE, PPRC and UPVC pipes and fittings.
• Preparing monthly Testing reports and to analyze the statistical data.
• Results analysis taken from impact, tensile, water pressure test, Opacity Test, loss on ignition, HDT/VSP etc.
• Develop technical investigation plans and Investigate customers complaints
• To ensure that all Quality Standards are used at their respective stations.
• Working with HOD/AM quality on parts audit at monthly basis.
• To develop and implement Quality Control Charts.

Main Responsibilities:
• To prepare and revise the overall quality related documents and standards with the approval of HOD, including level documents and to that OJ/QMS is implemented in production of all parts from raw materials to acceptable supply to customer.
Details Responsibilities:
• Working with HOD quality on OJ/QMS system and their related documents.
• Prepare SQAM documents of all running parts and revise them accordingly.
• To ensure that all quality standards and level 04 documents are used at their respective stations.
• Take Gap and Levelness data of pats on checking fixtures.
• Working with HOD/AM quality on parts audit at monthly basis.
• To develop and implement SPC in QC Specially the Control Chats.
• Fill daily quality monitoring board with the help of daily/hourly sheets.
