**after successfully establishing the fashion category, I was requested to help the beauty category grow
• handling over 100 key accounts
• responsible for revenue forecast, budget & OTB plan, and elaboration & implantation of promotional activities
• analyzing consumer buying patterns and predicting future trends by attending international fairs
• working closely with production, post production, marketing and call center teams within the organization to ensure all are in line on all USPs and FAQs of the products launching

• managing closely with Logistics team all aspects relating to the shipments, logistical processing and allocation function.
• maintaining relationships with existing suppliers, sourcing new suppliers for future products and negotiating terms of contract

• writing reports and forecasting sales levels
• Identifying slow and best sellers, responding quickly to maximize sales and minimize risks
• in charge of developing the fashion category from scratch leading a junior buyer and an assistant
establishing a commercially balanced range which meets company strategy and financial targets (turnover and margin)
• sourcing & maintaining relationships with suppliers
• negotiating favorable contract terms despite company strict policies
• reviewing samples and making appropriate / required changes to the designs
• managing stock levels with planner
reacting to changes in demand and logistics
• liaising with other departments (eg production, marketing, ..) within the organization to ensure projects are completed for on-air launch
• attending trade fairs, local and overseas, to select and assemble a new collection of products
• responsible of launching six proprietary brands from concept to design and marketing of which two ranked from the channels top ten best sellers
• writing reports and forecasting sales levels
regularly reviewing performance indicators, such as sales and discount levels
• organizing clearance and discounts for ageing stock
• responsible for the briefing, agency selection and implementation of the corporate and on air brand identity working closely with the head of creative services to develop the look and feel for the launch channel
• briefing production houses locally and internationally for high budgeted promos

• responsible for leading and overseeing the full life cycle of original content projects which includes:
-developing and reviewing content structure and objectives, designs (creative and technical), tracking project progress
-managing Key communication channels for the positioning of the network across the MENA region
-working internationally with affiliate channels including Disney, National Geographic, BBC and E!
-coordinating with producers, client services, marketing team, AD sales, etc. to develop the direction of a project taking into account brand strategy, creative execution and consumer needs
