• Provide technical, administrative and advisory support for management initiatives among the beneficiaries in the PEEC.
• Participate in the development, updating and implementation of policies and management procedures to ensure compliance with rules / regulations.
• Viewing and ongoing implementation of the trends and the new rules / regulations relevant to the work management.
• Conclude regular meetings with internal / external stakeholders to ensure the necessary services are provided.
• Implementing departmental transactions and related issues of relevance in a timely manner and resolve obstacles.
• Participate in the steering committees for projects and programs as required.
• Verification of matching methodology practices Project Management Office.
• Raise the quality level of initiatives, programs and projects management.
• Provide and develop the necessary support for initiatives management and to enhance participatory concept.
• Provide the necessary support to resolve the problems and difficulties (programs and projects).
• Participation in the development of short-management strategy and long-term strategy in line with the PEEC Strategy.
• Effective participation to implement management strategy /annual plan, monitoring performance reports in line with KPI’s and main Objectives.
• Supporting the deployment of strategy and management roles to the concerned authorities
• Prepare documents relating to PMO framework / methodologies / standards as appropriate for implementation in their respective areas.
• Prepare monthly reports for the Board of Trustees to help track, analyze and consolidate all financial data from MAWHIBA’s various projects.
• Participate in drafting developing process flows and templates as required for setting up efficient Project Management Financial and other PMO working standards. These are reviewed and included in the PMO framework / methodologies as appropriate
• Provide back up and support (such as upload of files, updating of risks and issues, provision of resources etc.) for Project Managers to ensure accurate project monitoring through established tools such as EPM. This includes consolidating all project documents centrally for convenient access
• Complie with all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
• prepare RFP of the department's project to evaluate the suppliers
• Develop International Olympiad departments online site .
• Establish and create database for students .
• Design e-portfolio for each student participate in International Olympiad Competitions.
• Create, update project plans, schedules using MS Project
• Plan, direct and coordinate activities of project team to make sure project progress on schedule.
• Provide monthly progress report, project closure.
• Edit and update department content on Mawhiba portal and internal site .
• Communicate with the international organizers for the International Olympiad Competitions.
• Representing International Olympiad Department in many committees of Mawhiba Foundation
