 Administer and execute the recruitment activities across CHAMPION’s hospital for all departments including sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing and selecting.
 Perform screening of job applications internal and external candidates CVs in order to identify the best matching profiles with the vacant positions, in addition to sourcing job applicants by utilizing various recruitment channels. (i.e. websites, referrals, job fairs, etc.).
 Interview and negotiate with candidates and provide recommendations to the concerned department head and recruitment manager accordingly.
 Administer the screening tests provided to applicants in order to ensure proper and effective evaluation of candidates at all levels.
 Prepare and submit the employment offer to the candidate and obtain his/her approval and negotiate the job offer with the candidate when required.
 Coordinate and follow up with outsourced companies to ensure the souring and hiring of position is done as required.
 Administer new employees’ onboarding activities and joining formalities in cooperation with the new employee’s direct manager.
 Assist the departments and functions head in preparing the annual manpower plan to determine the short term and long-term staffing needs.
 Develop / Update organizational departmental / positional structures in line with the market best practices, while ensuring alignment with organization overall structure & strategy.
 Develop the grading, salary and reward structures and update the hospital career ladder and competencies in line with the approved department’s & grading structure.
 Develop/update job descriptions for all job positions in line with the approved organization structure.
 Prepare and follow up the probation assessment forms & probation confirmation for the employees under probation period.
 Assists in new hire performance feedback
 Preparing the HR forms by providing relevant data, like absences, annual leaves, permissions, salary certificate, performance improvement plan, FTE and other HR forms.
 Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
 Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for.
 Ensure proper implementation of performance management framework, administer performance appraisal process and monitor the results by reviewing to ensure fairness and uniformity of evaluation standards.
 Administer employee recognition and reward programs to enhance employee performance and motivation.
