I used to work first in Performance Team in which I used to track how many incidents happen per day and how they were dealt with. Also, I used to go and ask for details from each department as to why this incident happened and how it was solved. I had to ensure that these incidents were dealt with on time. Also, knowing all these details I would try to defend our company in front of the customer to lessen penalties resulting from these incidents. I had to ensure that KPI's were acheived successfully. I used to do daily, weekly, and monthly reporting regarding requests and incidents in detail. Now, I am in the same company but I work purely IT, as in basic user support, installations, low formatting, data transfer, and server configurations if needed.
