Report findings and action plan.
• Marketing and development of multi brands.
• Develop a clear understanding of SHOPPIE standards and Customer Service offering.

messages across all marketing campaigns and make recommendations with regards to brand
development
• Update the Marketing & Communications Plan on an annual basis, including activities for the use
of social media, activities, advertising and other events
• Collaborate with agencies to design and deliver all Internal & External Communications.
• Track the whole process of campaign rollouts to ensure that projects are set and accomplished as
per plan
• Competitor analysis to ensure all marketing solutions / promotions fits with markets need
• Ensure that Management is fully informed at all times of objectives, progress, and future action
plans of the region.
