Covering this Tasks & Responsibilities:
•HUMAN RESOURCES
Recruitment
•Ensure the recruitment policy has been followed, using all forms and standard.
•Check the job description (good template, clear content, adequate profile required), realize the position weighing in coordination with the applicant, and fill the HR Request accordingly.
•Filter the applications according to criteria defined by the applicant, and summarize in the Matrix.
•Prepare and lead the interview, in coordination with the applicant, fill the interview sheet.
•Assist the applicant in final decision making, prepare and send the job offer.
•Supervise the Administrative Assistant in the support provided for recruitment (job announcement publication, organization of tests and interviews, regret emails, filing).

Induction
•prepare the induction schedule, in accordance with the position / profile of the new employee;
•Deliver HR & Finance induction, customize the briefing to the position;
•Collect all papers necessary for the HR file and for the registration to social security and health insurance;
Contract Management
•Prepare contracts, amendments or service contracts, in respect of HI procedures and Jordan Labor Law.
•Ensure a proper contracts follow-up, and liaise with Managers before end for probation period, end of contract…
Management of National employees
•Supervise the Administrative Assistant in HR follow-up (attendance, leaves, social security, health insurance, and training).
•Update the HR Data base on a monthly basis, calculate the salary Payroll and send it to Line Manager for validation.
•Ensure a proper leaves follow-up.
•Ensure the good realization of appraisals in the respect of HI HR Policy (template, frequency...).
•Ensure the proper filing and security of HR file.
•Provide support in any disciplinary measures taken toward any employees.
•Participate actively to the elaboration, the implementation and the follow-up of the training plan.
•Update the organizational chart on a monthly basis, and send to line manager.
•Act as a focal point between staff and management on HR related issues; ensure that all the staff’s preoccupations are known by line managers; be proactive to find solutions and/or to improve work conditions and staff well-being.
•Ensure legal watch, and provide support in all related legal issues encountered by the mission.
