- Responsible for the overall marketing activities for MDS Tech including
- Managing the lead generation process
- Overseeing PR activities
- Handling all internal and external marketing communications
- Assuring corporate branding guidelines are followed across all Geos
- Running all internal and external events
- Responsible for the planning and execution of all Event Marketing and Management for the firm’s four subsidiaries. Spanning the extensive Middle East region
- Managed logistics, sponsorships, branding and operations for on-site and off-site event marketing endeavors
- Main point of contact for all events
- Organized and developed all in-house marketing events, sometimes accommodating more than 300 attendees
- Assisted with daily activities, from managing the RSVP list to updating the databases
- Contacted high end clients to retrieve necessary materials and information
- Responsible for on site and off site event organization
- Responsible for creating the firm’s database of New York City’s nightlife venues
- Managed the database and updated all events on the website
- Assisted with logistics for events off site and on site
- Assisted the Project Manager for the last and most crucial month of production on all aspects of the event
- Served as the liaison between the sponsors and the on-site production team
- Coordinated artists’ stay throughout the duration of the festival
- Supervised security at the event’s main entrances.
- Supervised the live performances’ operation and schedule
This was an entrepreneurial project with the purpose of introducing French fashion designer, Jean-Marie De St-Ange, to the Dubai market. The week long project was covered by France’s top media broadcaster, M6, for one of their famous documentaries “Stars et Fortunes”
- Contacted and met the designer in Paris
- Responsible for finding investors to sponsor the project
- Responsible for the event planning process in Dubai (including a private party and catwalk)
- Hosted and entertained the De St-Ange team throughout their stay
The purpose of this entrepreneurial venture was to secure artists to perform at Dubai’s (then) most exclusive nightclub for their New Year’s Eve event
- Contacted talent agents overseas and negotiated contracts for singer Nadia Ali and electro disk-jockey DJ Ibra
- Worked with the tour manager for flight, hotel and visa requirements
- Supervised and coordinated the stay and entertainment for the talent
