Further responsibilities include the oversight and management of multiple contracts and business relationships across the defense, oil & gas, and real estate development interests of the firm.

The scope includes complete interior design, procurement, management and installation service of the LFF & E items. My responsibilities includes but not limited to:
•Coordination with workstream involved contractor, architect, client, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi (CCAD), Cleveland Clinic Foundation (CCF) and suppliers involved
•Defining the component project procurement and sourcing strategy
•Ensuring compliance with the existing project protocols for communication and reporting to the Project Manager.
•Escalating risks and issues related to delivery of the Project
•Managing the procurement process according to the defined strategy.
•Ensuring the smooth execution of tasks in order to achieve the defined procurement milestones.
•Maintaining all documentation relating to the execution of allocated tasks for the project management.
•Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate prices and terms.
•Ensuring compliance with the existing project protocols for communication
- Managing the procurement process according to the defined strategy.
- Coordination with the installation manager in terms of deliveries and particular site requirements
•Coordination with the Financial Manager to ensure timely payments
