• Plans and implements methodology/pre-sales approach, especially for key accounts and projects, executes experiments and trials, performs data analyses for cement and concrete products formulations to ensure product acceptance, purchase and usage by prospective and targeted new customers
• Implements technical programs designed to develop market for improved and/or new products by creating awareness and trial use.
• Develops and implements technical service programs for customers (RMx plants, contractors) and other parties in construction (engineers, architects, government regulators/agencies) to ensure continuous acceptance and use of Holcim products in construction projects, including implementation of a pay-for-technical services portfolio addressing customers needs and requirements and capturing value for the company
• Implements application-based testing plan of new and/or improved products in the market to determine performance and solicit feedback from selected users to aid in final formulation of product.
• Attends to customers technical complaints, ensures resolution within agreed service level agreement with customer, and provides technical recommendations to address the issue and prevent its recurrence
• Trains Sales and other internal customers on Holcim products, features, and applications, cement testing, concrete trial mixes and laboratory tests, and other technical knowledge relevant to understanding and appreciating the products.
• Acts as subject matter expert/resource person/consultant of Sales and/or paid advisors of customers on cement, concrete, and other construction related topics

Overseeing and managing construction activities on-site
Ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety
regulations
Supervising and coordinating the work of subcontractors and
construction workers
Planning work schedules and coordinating material deliveries
Monitoring project progress and identifying potential delays. and

Preparing technical reports, specifications, BOQ and cost
estimates

Overseeing daily construction activities to ensure compliance with
project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
Monitoring the work of contractors and ensure materials and
workmanship meet quality standards
Tracking project progress and maintaining accurate records of
construction activities
Identify potential variations to the contract scope arising from
design changes, client instructions, unforeseen site conditions, or
other project developments.
Prepare, compile, and submit robust variation proposals and cost
breakdowns to the client or consultant in a timely and
professional manner.
Maintain a meticulous register of all variations (proposed,
approved, rejected, pending), providing regular status updates
and forecasts to project management and senior leadership.
Prepare comprehensive EOT claims, including narratives,
supporting documentation (correspondence, daily reports,
progress photos, schedules), and legal/contractualjustification for
delays.
Work with project teams to identify and implement delay
mitigation strategies and demonstrate reasonable efforts to
minimize impacts.
Ensure rigorous record-keeping for all project activities,
instructions, delays, and progress to support claims and avoid
potential liabilities.
