• Develop and maintain systems for document storage and retrieval.
• Ensures accurate tracking of document mobility both inside and outside the business, registers all documents that are received and sent.
• Maintains electronic libraries with the most recent revisions and versions while organizing and filing paper copies to guarantee quick access to updated documents as needed.
• Ensures information confidentiality to protect organizational privacy.
• Issuing correspondence like MOM, SCR, RFI, SOR, SI reports.
• Sending response to Shop Drawings, Material Submittal and Work Inspection Request
• Coordinates with the appropriate channel to speed up the document flow needed to complete a task.
• Managing the calendar of Project manager and the Director.
• Process site attendance timesheet.
• Answering and directing phone calls and emails.
• Drafting and preparing correspondence and memos
• Drafting and issuing LPO, quotations and Variation Orders.
• Coordinating events and meetings.
• Processing invoices and payments.
• Performing basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
• Answer phone calls and greet clients and customers.
• Prepare and distributes communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
• Responsible for administrative activities and document controlling for the department.
• Responsible for procuring pantry and office supplies.
• Supports team by performing tasks related to organization through proper communication.
• Knowledge of office management system and procedures.
• Provides the highest standards of customer service by demonstrating excellent knowledge of products and cashiering services.
• Ensures secured POS transactions for the customer.
• Handles cash, cards, and voucher transactions effectively and securely, ensuring customers security and satisfaction.
• Directly reporting to showroom’s management team weekly and monthly reports accurately
• Provides the highest standards of customer service by demonstrating excellent knowledge of products and cashiering services.
• Ensures secured POS transactions for the customer.
• Handles cash, cards, and voucher transactions effectively and securely, ensuring customers security and satisfaction.
• Directly reporting to showroom’s management team weekly and monthly reports accurately
• Provides excellent customer service to Samsung clients.
• Assists customers with their product requirements and inquiries.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by providing customers with the information they need.
• Always maintain stocks and display items presentable.
• Assess customers with their buy-in signals and offer cross sell products to maximize the sale potential.
• Ensures to remain knowledgeable of products and attends departmental training for product updates.
