- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and submit sales proposals and quotations for EV charging projects.
- Provide information on the company's EV charging solutions, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with various departments, such as logistics and shipping, to facilitate the fulfillment of orders.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track sales leads, and maintain accurate records.
- Generate reports on sales performance, project status.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and materials.
- Work closely with suppliers, partners to ensure a smooth supply chain for EV charging equipment.
- Assist in registering the EV Chargers products in local and regional entities as per regulations related to EV charging and ensure that proposed solutions comply with all relevant standards and regulations.
- Prepare and set projects budgets in coordination with the project’s managers.
- Undertake earned value calculations, where applicable, to support project performance forecasting and Monitoring the project schedules, and resources in accordance with the company timetable, procedures, working practices and cost structure.
- Participate in the project’s administration and management since contract preparation phase to deliverable phase
- Prepare and administration the Expenses and Purchase Orders that contain third party and suppliers’ POs, travel, overtime, compensation expenses or any other expense.
- Provide the top management with projects financial reports as requested.

- Assisted customers within the center whether showed them the meeting room, prepared their new office for move-in, assisted with copies/administrative tasks.

The main objective of the assignment is to assist ACED Program Public Sector reform staff and ASEZA to collect data and coordinate logistics and materials for ASEZA One Stop Shop, Business Process Reengineering activates, Human Resource Management, Management Training Program and other capacity building activities.
