Managing end-to-end delivery of high-voltage substation and power transformer EPC projects across Saudi Arabia, from contract award through construction, testing, commissioning, and handover. Serving as the primary client interface for scope, schedule, and cost, coordinating engineering, procurement, and site construction teams to ensure delivery within budget and contractual milestones.
Key responsibilities and achievements:

Leading multiple concurrent substation projects, including 380kV/132kV substations and high-capacity power transformer installations
Managing scope-of-work boundaries, variation orders, and contractual correspondence with clients and consultants
Coordinating equipment procurement, factory acceptance tests (FAT), logistics, and site delivery for critical long-lead items
Enforcing HSE compliance, including managing safety holds and permit-to-work processes on live substation sites
Driving progress reporting, risk management, and recovery plans to keep projects on schedule
Managing subcontractors and interfacing with utility clients on technical approvals and site acceptance
