Responsibilities
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Design, develop and execute test cases
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.
• Logging defects in JIRA, TFS
• Creating a document as a release from QA as confirmation to Implementation department in order to proceed with deployment from QA environment to staging and Production .
• Training and educating clients about operational system end to end.
• Perform Functional Testing Types.
Part of an implementer team responsible of training and client support on HR systems and
programs.
Resolve Product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the
cause of the problem; selecting and -explaining the best solution to solve the problem;
expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Throughout my training in shepherd technologies I have enhanced my skills and capabilities in
understanding my role in diverse roles, such as Implementations, and business development.
