- Dealing with suppliers to assure the arrival of the orders on time.
- Working as a link between the site and the company by:
1. Following up with purchasing department to inform site engineers by the arrival date of the ordered items.
2. Following up with the factory to assure items are manufactured on time.
3. Following up with the trucking to assure items are delivered to site on time.
- Doing the payments that organizes paying processes between the clients and the company.
- Doing sample boards showing the clients/ engineers/ consultants the profiles and accessories used in the related projects.
