LOD 400, ensuring accurate design development and clash-free coordination.
Developed detailed mechanical layouts for luxury villas, hotels, and resorts across
UAE, KSA, Lebanon, and Africa, including BOQs and riser schematics to support cost
estimation and construction execution.

Led technical coordination and BIM modeling for the CEER Automotive Manufacturing
Facility (KSA), delivering accurate and fully detailed shop drawings.
Coordinated MEP BIM services for the Makkah Entertainment Complex (SEVEN),
ensuring clash-free integration and producing precise shop drawings.
Executed LOD 400 BIM modeling and coordination for the Shura Island - Project 6,
Hotel West 2 (Red Sea Development Company), providing detailed shop drawings that
supported smooth on-site implementation.

Designed MEP systems including HVAC (Chilled Water, VRV, Multi-Split DX), Water
Supply, Drainage, Radiative Heating, Floor Heating, and Fire Fighting for multiple highrise projects in Iraq, Lebanon, Nigeria, and Greece.

Modelled the MEP systems (HVAC, Water Supply, Drainage, and Fire Protection) for multiple projects in Lebanon and Cameroon.

Successfully designed and modelled multiple solar water heating projects integrated with the existing water heating systems such as Boiler water heating and electrical water heating using Revit and Solar GIS.

Co-designed THE PALM project, a smart system that utilizes Atmospheric Water Generation and Solar Energy.

Successfully modelled & efficiently designed QEC’s ASIC cryptocurrency mining rig implementing a Single-phase Liquid Immersion Cooling (SLIC) system.

Designed MEP systems using AutoCAD, and performed site inspections upon installation.
Performed bill of quantity studies for mechanical equipment.
