Instructional Design
o Teach Online and Blended Courses
o Design E-learning content for Web-Enhanced, Blended and Online Courses
o Develop an assessment plan for quality assurance of Courses
o Provide assistance to faculty members in selection of technology tools and solutions
o Manage and coordinate the development and update of assigned Web-Enhanced, Blended, and Online courses
o Engage in quality assessment of Web-Enhanced, Blended and Online courses
o Partner with faculty members in the design process to effectively integrate technology to enhance student learning
o Contact departments and faculty members and guide them towards an effective approach in teaching with technology
o Explore all current and new teaching technologies
o Advise faculty members on best practices of technology tools


Training
o Manage and Coordinate all training for faculty, staff and students on various technology training and course design
o Develop and offer training on students communication, students assessments and course design
o Develop and offer training on “course enrichment and effective course delivery (best practices and strategies for high quality course design and delivery)
o Offer training on various technology tools related to education and administrative work (Moodle - Microsoft Office - Web 2.0 - Multimedia…)
o Train the trainers
o Facilitate all training on Blended and Online Learning
o Work as a consultant on technology integration in courses (Web-Enhanced, Blended and Online)
o Design training for faculty on Effective use of Education, Blended Learning, and Online Learning
o Promote the use of technology in Education
o Coordinate seminars and workshops offered
o Manage work-study students who work at the department
o Database Administrator: manage database of workshops and other assistance type updated
o Generate end of month/year reports using Access, SPSS and Excel
