Oversee the Material Planning and Purchasing process to ensure the materials needs in terms of time, .

The main responsibilities of this position to oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of robust processes which ensures timely customer order handling, effective order processing through management process systems & load/capacity management, and accurate orders flow down to procurement through an effective vendor schedule management process,
Selection, Planning and send inquiries to supplier or manufacturer of the required machines with complete specifications and technical data, allocation and Installation, training the machines operations and commissioning and hand over the machines.
Maintenance and calibration. Safety and quality control, Manpower requirement/ utilization, ISO compliance, etc.
Oversee the Material Planning and Purchasing process to ensure the materials needs in terms of time, quality and cost
Ensure all products, procedures, equipment and policies are in compliance with standards
Manage and implement all Appleton policies and practices Development and maintainance historical customer service and communication

Manage complete the production activities and safety procedures.
Review the inquiries & approved drawings and check the requirements of customers, produce production prog. and delivery schedule, clarify the needful technical information and specification for fabrication of duct works and accessories, coordinate with clients and consultants, and project engineer.

PRODUCTION DEPT. HEAD
The Duct Factory manufactures complete standard range of HVAC Duct works and accessories, Fire fighting equipments and pipes and custom-made products for specific requirements of each customer. Especially manufacturing major products of Trox (U.K) Ltd such as Manual and Motorized Volume Control Dampers, Fire dampers, Fire and smoke dampers, Pressure Relief Dampers, Sand Trap louvers, whether resistant louvers, Access doors, Plenum Boxes and Sound Attenuators.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
Review the inquiries & approved drawings, costing the project and scheduling, take off BOQ from the drawings, submit the quotations with technical data, construction standards, qualifications and comply sheets, clarify the needful technical information and specification for fabrication by writing in an approved SDF format, meet the consultant & contractors, designing the fabrication drawings, support the sales department and follow up the sales.

Design the drawings and submittal. Make bill of materials for the project to and submit to procurement department. Making as built drawings and commissioning.

Worked as quantity surveyor and design and production engineer.
Preparing design drawings of all equipments such as GA dwgs for pumps, pipes and fittings, fabrication dwgs for all equipments and accessories, civil structure and vessel dwgs for Water treatment plant and preparing as built drawing and commissioning.
