• I lead all the regional recruitment (intern, undergraduate and business support placements) for the Middle East.
• Managing a team of 4 Recruiters
• I organise and plan the recruiting strategy for the Middle East
• I organise and plan local on-campus and off-campus recruitment and marketing events.
• Prepared and design marketing and branding collateral for recruitment and marketing events
• Ensure all application are screened on time, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews and do the required assessments.
• Manage online event portals, the online application process and the recruitment database.
• Involved with specialised recruitment initiatives
• Conduct in-depth data analysis of all local applications and interviews per school to provide recommendations on future recruitment strategies
• Preparation of reports and presentations for Key Stakeholders
