DESIGN WORK
• Responsible for Preparing the Full-Set of Drawings which includes Architectural and MEP Layouts in accordance with requirements of the Building Management and Government Municipalities.
• Providing detailed drawings to the Fit-out contractor and fabricator for their guidelines for production and fit-out.
• Creating 360o Virtual Reality Tours for Interior and 3D Still Images Exterior Perspective for the presentation purposes to the client.
• Responsible in creating and providing Vector or Adobe Illustrator File Artwork as reference of the Signage Contractor for the actual size and cut-out of the signage to be fixed on site.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
• Conducting meetings with client and fit-out contractor to discuss the necessary details for the Fit-out of the Project and explaining the process of construction, material sample submission, Project timeline, Bill of Quantity and Quotations of the Project.
• Responsible for finalizing the quotations from the fit-out contractor to ensure the budget of the client has been met.
• Dealing with the clients queries about the fit-out of the Project.
• Direct Coordination with the Fit-out Contractor and making sure that the Fit-out of the Proposed Design has been implemented accordingly and smoothly.
• Providing recommendation and solution of issues occured on Site.
• Doing Inspection in handled projects.
• Sending Construction Progress Report and Snag List on the inspected Site to the Fit-out contractor and the Client for their reference.

OFFICE WORKS
• Responsible in preparing Equipment Invoice approved by the Procurement and Finance Department which are to be sent to the Client for their payment reference.
• Ensuring the Purchase Order are arranged by the Procurement Department once the client paid the Equipment Invoice.
• Maintaining records and data on Computer or Server.

DRAFTING
• Responsible to create shop drawings for doors, windows and curtain wall scheduling.
• Cutting list for bathroom enclosure glass panel cut outs and detailing of accessories needed.
• In charge of making quotations for windows, doors, curtain wall, aluminum kitchen cabinet, ACP cladding works, and Aluminum and Glass Works. (such as Skylight, Bathroom Enclosures, Substation Rooms etc.)
• Assembly section detailing for the civil defense approval of Fire Stopping Systems for curtain wall and ACP cladding (such as Lamatherm, Roxul and ThermaFiber).
• Assembly Detailing of Aluminum Extruded Profile for Sliding, Hinged and Curtain Wall Window System(Thermal and Non-Thermal Break Profiles) from Gulf Extrusion Aluminum Profiles.
• 3D Modeling and Rendering for Interior and Exterior Perspective using Sketchup/3DsMax with Vray Render Engine.

OFFICE WORKS
• Collection of documents for civil defense approval for glass and aluminum Green Building Regulation and Specifications.
• Responsible to manage purchasing of materials for the on-going projects.
• In charge of making quotations for Windows, Doors, Curtain Wall, Aluminum Kitchen Cabinets, ACP cladding works, and Aluminum / Glass Works. (such as Skylight, Bathroom Enclosures, Substation Rooms)
• Filing of documents such as invoices
• Maintaining records and data on the computer.
• Answering and dealing calls of the clients for inquiries.

VIDEO QUALITY CONTROLLER
• In charge of thorough quality monitoring of ingested video imports.
• Responsible to reports such video errors according to the set of standards by the Media Asset Management and request a restoration to re-ingestion of digitized materials.
• Given a permission to Archive an approved video.

INGEST OPERATOR STAFF
• In-charge of ingestion, digital conversion, quality monitoring of videos, and reports the discrepancies of videos in the Media Asset Management system.
