The main task is to build a new department in the bank which is telesales, set the rules governing it, choose the direct managers and employees responsible for managing the work within this department, set evaluation standards for them, set the sales framework in terms of the number of employees, working hours, salaries, benefits and commissions, Developing a future sales plan with a profit for the bank
Directing and managing a team of 5 sales supervisors and 90 agents to achieve the organization’s goals and objectives by evaluating and driving performance excellence.
Developing and implementing an effective strategic plan to accomplish the set targets and accountable for all internal management files by facilitating audits and ICM.
Negotiating and originating agreements with a variety of reputed companies in all fields to provide the bank financial services (credit cards) to employees in particular.
Led and coached sales teams by designing and organizing training programs with motivation, resources, information and guidance to successfully surpass productivity.
Aggressively fostering and establishing high standards and in-depth product knowledge through continuous training and high-quality customer satisfaction goals.
Monitoring the integrity of a training facility in accordance with established Quality Assurance guidelines to invigorate the organization's status with policies and standards.
Providing feedback to staff by heading the meetings, creating and maintaining daily, monthly, and yearly basis appraisal reports by analyzing and proactively acknowledging to quantitative and qualitative sales and performance results.
