• Supervises directly the operation, monitoring and maintenance of all mall facility equipment to ensure continuous and efficient operations.
• Provides engineering design evaluation and project management for mall-related construction, installation and repair activities.
• Provides continuous mall operations support on engineering-related matters.
• Directly supervises engineering personnel activities, promotes strict compliance to company policies and to provide evaluation of manpower efficiency, attitude and performance.
• Performs as mall safety engineer to promote and implement mall-wide safety regulations and policies.
