Job Summary:

• Proper safety gear and Cleanroom Gowning suit must be worn before start of the work.
• Knowledgeable in 5 areas (start to end) of Packaging of product inside the Product Handling.
• Short distance movement of goods or materials within a storage area, involving loading, unloading, palletizing, de-palletizing.
• Assist QA Technicians in getting samples and in other activities.
• Daily calibration of tools (sealing machines, weighing scales, rod manipulator, box taping machines)
• Escalate issues and concerns or any other tool abnormalities to immediate technician or supervisor.
• Perform 5'S and proper housekeeping.
• Preparation of product for delivery as per costumers Grade requirement.
Responsibilities:
• Supervised daily rotation of manpower to attain daily required Output.
• Create proper tagging and label of Lot Number for every batch of product.
• Start of the shift planning to attain the Shift required output.
• Designate other work related activities to every personnel of the group.
• Create report every shift end, Indicate Shift Output and any Problem related to production.
• Put remarks in all of the Harvest sheet of the product in every abnormalities observed and weight of QA sample.
• Proper filling of all harvest sheet of the product for review of the product history.
• Double check Equipment and Product before end of the shift for proper shift endorsement.

• Responsible for keeping the caller on the line in order to capture all necessary information accurately.
• Gather costumer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analysing the costumers concern.
• Provide correct information, guide the subscriber to the proper troubleshooting (internet and landline connection problem) depends on costumer’s technical problem.
• Accurately process the transaction using computer and designated software and web tool(s) available.
• Follow standard process and procedure for every troubleshooting.
• Create a report for every costumer’s concern and schedule for onsite visit if necessary inform the costumer the exact schedule for including date, time and specific reference number.
• Provide correct information for every subscriber’s concern including follow-ups from their previous call by asking the reference number or reviewing the report of their concern.
• Provide a costumer a call back if the call accidentally cut to proceed with the unfinished transaction.
• Escalate the subscribers concern if necessary to support team.
• Transfer all misrouted call to the designated support team which handles costumer’s concern.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Guaranty good quality product output and on time delivery to the next process.
• To meet product output per shift.
• Perform machine minor adjustment and troubleshooting.
• Proper endorsement every shift transition.
• Verify actual counts against overall WIP (Work In Process) counts and it progress.
• Perform Quality Test Run after Machine Preventive Maintenance.
• Support Process Engineer/Equipment Engineer in other activities related to process improvement.
• Escalate issues and concern and other machine abnormalities to immediate supervisor.
• Perform Process Monitoring, and Log all needed information in SPC database.
• Participate in SPC (Statistical Process Control) activity.
• Always perform self-check if the proper Safety Gear must be worn when working in a production line.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To make sure on time delivery of Sharp copier as schedule in the daily itinerary.
• Inform immediate supervisor for every problem encountered in the field work.
• Attend seminars and training regarding new model and technology embedded in every sharp photocopier.
• Provide technical knowledge for the first time user of the product.
• Provide technical Support for walk-in costumer if Sales Representative is not available.
• Provide technical support to Sales representative during actual demonstration.
• Installation, Configuration and Demonstration of Sharp Photocopier.
• Responsible in maintenance of all demo units.
• Responsible for Cleanliness of Showroom.
