Manage the implementation of standard service sector policies and procedures in operational activity to meet customer expectations.

Drive and ensure that all warehouse activities are managed and implemented properly according to the established local and internal regulations
Ensure a high accuracy of stock and prevent the stock against damages
Ensured quality and delivery objectives achieved, on time delivery and service excellence
Control inventory, source delivery trucks and delivery schedule to provide the most responsive delivery service
Responsibile on the cost effectivenes related to the overall distribution system
Maintain adequate manpower to provide on-time delivery of goods; implement methods for managing the peak and valley workloads.
