• Responsible for ERP & Auto store system for inventory & management. Ensure that all transactions are recorded in company database. Ensure posting of outbound deliveries using pre-designated software. Accurately updating all data into computer and manual recording systems.
• Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, and also acceptable quality.
• Packaging and labeling products before they are dispatched. Ensure that items are properly packed and labeled
• Prepare of Documents such (Invoice, Picking List, Delivery Orders and Packing List)
• Handles incoming and outgoing shipments by checking them physically
• Making sure that all inventory processes are completed on the same day.
• Operating a forklift front-end loader. Loading and unloading of goods. Operate forklift to transport shipments from the storage area to the pallet
• Make sure that items are loaded onto shipment vehicle in a safe and timely manner
• Labeling goods that have arrived at the warehouse
• Ensure that serial and batch numbers match the product
• Process customers’ orders by ensuring that the right shipment is on its way
• Preparing deliveries for the van drivers as well are containerized
• Authenticate receipt of shipments alongside bills of lading, invoices or other records
• Handle space arrangements for incoming shipments in the storage areas
• Handle year-end and general inventory procedures
• Maintain files of shipping records
• Issuing of Packaging material
• Monitoring of Inventory stocks
• Receiving new deliveries from suppliers
• Accurately updating all data into computer and manual recording systems.
• Compare the amount and identification numbers of goods against orders
• Attach identifying information and delivery instructions on containers
• Selecting space for storage and arranging for goods to be placed in the designated areas.
• Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
