Repair and restore proximity sensor at conveyor, bucket elevator and motor fan in all areas.
Repair and restore limit switch in all areas.
Restore RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector )in all areas.
Restore Thermocouple in Pre Heater and KILN areas.
Repair and Installation of High Temperature Camera at KILN and Cooler areas.
Repair and restore solenoid valve, pressure hose and plunger for pressure problem at:

Troubleshoot at panels in all areas according to PLC fault by using Digital Multimeter.
Troubleshooting at MCC according to PLC fault by using Digital Multimeter to trace defective relays and blown fuse.
and Responsibilities:
Maintains and keeps the machines in its best operational condition: Stationary type, Gantry type & Mobile type; Mechanical & hydraulic systems: General system, electrical system, hydraulic system, mechanical system and pneumatic system.
Maintains and checks of Air conditioning systems, its cooling systems; monitors phases of fluid cycle and gas pressure and analyses Psychromatic graph.
Maintains and checks the X-RAY emission system ( XES ) : Modulator, Radiofrequency unit, X-Ray Head, Temperature control unit (TCU), Collimator and Varian console.
Primary Function:
Directs and coordinates logistics activities of organization by performing the following duties.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops methods and procedures for transportation of raw materials to processing and production areas and transportation of commodities from departments to customers, warehouses, or other storage facilities.
Determines most efficient and economical routing and mode of transportation.
Directs scheduling of shipments and notifies concerned departments or customers of arrival dates.
Initiates investigations into causes of damages or shortages in consignments or overcharges for freight or insurance.
Conducts studies in areas of packaging, warehousing, and loading of commodities and evaluates existing procedures and standards.
Initiates changes designed to improve control and efficiency of logistics department.
Negotiates contracts for leasing of transportation equipment or property.
Primary Function:
Supervises monitors and coordinates activities of technicians on site repair and maintenance services.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform board repairs, troubleshooting and assembly of DUT boards inside Maxim Philippines.
Withdraw materials from customer’s warehouse or material handlers.
Read schematic diagrams and board specification prior to assembly.
Perform board assembly as per assembly instruction or schematics.
Follow the standard soldering criteria during soldering and assembly.
Submits update reports to their team leaders for in and out products and actions required for the department.
Initiate the process improvements and participate in continuous improvement teams.
Perform PM/ and Repair of all Test Interface Unit Boards at Central Shop inside Texas Instrument.
Supervises, monitors and coordinates activities of technicians on site repair and maintenance services inside Intel Philippines.
Direct scheduling of technician on- site pm and repair.
Conduct technical training for Test Interface Unit Boards.
Perform minor and major repair.
Conduct inventory of TIU boards for production use.
Submit daily output report to manufacturing manager.
Primary Function:
Provides onsite engineering services inside the customer facility (Intel Philippines)
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides resolutions to customer technical issues and problems.
Reports problem and recommends solutions to his superior, customer and/or the end user.
Represents locally Pycon partners outside the country specific to agreed Scope of Work Agreement.
Provides BKMs (Best Known Method) to specific processes and controls.
Conducts Failure Analysis to reported problem.
Escalates design and workmanship related issues to the end-user.
Documents and standardizes process and procedures.
Provides Technical Training Modules and conducts technical training to onsite service and other manufacturing technicians as may deem necessary.
Troubleshoots and performs major and minor repairs for any board related problems.
Calibrates products (UBID, BIB, TIU) due for preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoots and rework defective components and PCB boards.
Signal checking of clock drivers. Read and interpret schematic/block diagram.
Performs product monitoring in-house and on site support.
Training and handling of Board Loading/Unloading (BLU), Innovation V) Machine and
Burn-In Oven Operation.
Conduct repair and testing of Burn-In Boards
