· Recruitment of Archives supervisor and reorganization of company archives in 2016.
· Managed Opex and Capex procurements in SAP/ERP and ARIBA platforms
· Ensured implementation of procurement processes per group policy, and Quality System.
· Submitted recommendations to Contracts Committee for approval of critical Procurements

• Drafted Frame work agreements for Drill bits with Schlumberger, Baker Hughes and Halliburton - worth over US $30, 000.
• Created over 600 drilling stock items in the SAP/ERP system.
• Performed annual inventory stock check with Joint Venture partners Tullow & CNOOC.
· Ensured coordination of procurement and logistics for cost, quality and company procedures.
· Managed stock and distribution of telecom equipment to ensure quick market response.
· Managed the 3PL service agreement to ensure delivery, quality and time KPIs.
· Ensured optimal service to sales team by timely processing of material requisitions.

A course that looks at the fundamentals of Supply chain management effectiveness and efficiency as well as othe management aspects like Accounting, Economics, Business Law, communication, International trade to mention a few. The course was the first of its kind to be offered at University level in Uganda by Kyambogo University and we were the pioneer graduates.
