Welcoming customers into the store & initiating the sales process
Offering Customers qualified advice on the available products, recommending appropriate products to meet the customers' needs and an overall enjoyable shopping experience.
Handling customer complaints professionally and escalate any serious issues to the Manager for suitable resolution
Communicating to the customers the information on special offers/ sales promotion events
Merchandising goods prominently on the shop shelves & display units, replenishing stocks as often as required in conjunction with the Manager and merchandising team.
Checking stock levels daily and recommend orders to the Manager in order to replenish and maintain optimum stock levels

Welcome Patients / Visitors, ascertain purpose of visit, and direct them to appropriate staff / Doctor.
Interview patients in order to complete documents, case histories, and forms such as intake and insurance form
Schedule and confirmed patient diagnostic appointments, surgeries and medical consultations.
Compile and record medical charts, reports, and correspondence, using personal computer.
Answer telephones, and direct calls to appropriate staff.
Receive and route messages and documents such as laboratory results to appropriate staff
Transmit correspondence and medical records by mail, e-mail, or fax.
Perform various clerical and administrative functions, such as ordering and maintaining an inventory of supplies.
Transcribe recorded messages and practitioners' diagnoses and recommendations into patients' medical records.

- Direct group of 16 children in a manner that promotes safe behaviors and improves the quality of the children's interaction with one another.
- Participate in all activities with the groups, making camp fun, providing encouragement and support for the campers
- Supervise and guide junior staff assigned to group.
- Responsible for campers' safety; on the bus, on a trip, at activities, and during transitions.
- Reports any accident to proper camp personnel.
- Take accurate attendance of campers daily.
- Maintains a record of activities and/or camper progress for the group
- Follow administrative notices defining camp procedures and routines.

- Present subject matter to students under the direction and guidance of teachers, using lectures and discussions
- Assist children individually or in small groups in order to reinforce learning concepts presented by teachers.
- Supervise students in classrooms, halls, cafeterias, school yards, gymnasiums, games and other recreational activities or on field trips.
- Giving the students teaching supplies and distributing tests and homework assignments, and collect them when they are completed.
- Instruct and monitor students in the use and care of equipment and materials, in order to prevent injuries and damage.
- Display students’ work and perceptual skills.
- Participate in teacher-parent conferences regarding students’ progress or problems and attending staff meetings
- Prepare various teaching aids such as bibliographies, charts, and graphs.

- Enter data into the database for adjusting accounts.

Operate office equipment such as voice mail messaging systems, and use word processing, spreadsheet, and other software applications to prepare reports, invoices, financial statements, letters, case histories and medical records.
Perform bookkeeping duties, such as credits and collections, preparing and sending financial statements and bills, and keeping financial records
