General Supervisor MEP Operation and maintenance
Work assignment: Du Telecommunication Facility-Fujairah Cable landing Station
In charge for the operation and maintenance of all facilities equipment, Generators,
Low voltage switchgear, UPS system, DC system, A/C system, FS and FA, CCTV, and BMS
Generate reports: Daily activities, PPM/ CM and projects accomplishment, Snag list, audit, Environmental Health and safety,
Primary objective is the satisfaction of clients for the best service delivery on facility operation
ASSIGNED TASK: Hotel Operations
1.Assign in MEP operation and maintenance, especially in electrical system and water system, Conduct daily activities such as monitoring of Power and water parameters. Conduct Preventive maintenance of Electrical system and water system.
2. Ensure that good quality of recirculation water are always within the required limits and properly maintained.
3.In charge for the maintenance and operation of all exterior lighting and MGM signage logo
4.Main Responsibility is the operation and maintenance of Spa equipment and Facility for Six Senses Spa, such as Snow machine and snow room, different steam bath and it's generator, Pump room for Floating pool, Vitality pool, Jacuzzi, Outside swimming Pool. Cooling walk, Experience sauna, Different scent controller and injection pump, dimmer control for spa sequential lightings
5. Assist in project development group, for in house project activities, Shared other ideas knowledge, previous experiences, and technical expertise, to my colleague
6. Support line calls and other related Job Order given by the shit Engineer/facility manager. Support safety program and other related Activities
7. Completed a lot of in house project; equipment upgrading and modification especially in water system operation. Completed in-house project for centralized control of exterior lighting
1.) FACILITIES BUILDING MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Reporting to facilities department manager.
Responsible for implementation of building maintenance program, In charge
For the maintenance scheduling of building repair and maintenance personnel.
Preparation of work schedule and assignment of maintenance personnel.
Supervise activity of janitorial and utility personnel
Generate report and accomplishment to facilities manager
Supervise minor project for building maintenance improvement
2.) ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH AND SAFETY DEPUTY
Reporting to Environmental Health & Safety Management
Responsible for the implementation of EHS program assign by the EHS manager
In charge for the safety orientation of all newly hired employee and contractors
Responsible the maintenance of fire protection system and fire alarm system
Responsible for the implementation of solid waste management
Supervise activity on Material Recovery Facilities (MRF)
Assign as EHS deputy, Assist Pollution control officer in managing Hazardous
Waste management and monitoring
3.) FACILITIES PROJECT SUPERVISOR
In charge for the Restoration and commissioning of water and waste water treatment
Facility, Ultra Pure and Reverse Osmosis, Di Ionize water system.
Assigned in facilities operation group. Handing major facilities equipment such as 5
Tons of trane HVAC system, 10 megawatt normal power distribution system, fire
Protection & alarm system, Elevators, Boiler, EFs & SFs. UPS system. BMS system for
DI & Airconditioning.
POSITION: FACILITIES SR. TECHNICIAN
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of all facilities equipment
Machine handled: Mitsubishi generator 3000 kw. Air compressor, Refrigerated drier, Cooling tower,
Pumps AHU's, Efs and SFs, Dhemag 3ton crane, Cooling system for mold press.UPS, Paging System, FAS
POSITION: 1.) FACILITIES SUPERVISOR 3
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of facilities equipment such as
RO DI system, Air composer, Chillers, Generator, Laundry, Machine, clean room
Equipment and building utilities.
Assign as Project Facilities Supervisor for RODI setup clean room project.
2.) Environmental Safety Supervisor/Pollution Control Officer 1
Responsible for the maintenance of safety equipment, Fire protection system
Responsible for the implementation of safety program in the company
Designated as Pollution Control Officer, Facilitate compliance on government
Mandated laws and handle matters of environmental concern as required by the
Employer.
POSITION: FACILITIES TECHNICIAN
Facilities project- Installation and commisioning of facilities and manufacturing equipment, provide utilities requirement such as power, AC, CDA, N2, and aux. .
POSITION: LEAD INDUSTRIAL TECHNICIAN
Assigned at Philippines Refining Company, responsible for installation of
Industrial Machine and its Control, relay out and upgrading of electrical installation
Building wiring installation and commissioning
in various project such as shopping mall, bank and offices buildings
Production Operator of Electrical devices such as circuit breakers, switches and transformers
