Main responsibilities include:
Sales / Marketing and Business development
- Managing a team that is primarily responsible for sales, reservations and functions for China Eastern Airlines & LAM Mozambique airlines in UAE
- Leading presentations and seminars for local travel trade,
- Designing and production of promotions' flyers, plan and implement advertising budgets for the year
- Negotiating with other airlines for SPAs to create through pricing from offline stations and make our product competitive in that region

- Leading presentations and seminars for local travel trade,
- Designing and production of promotions' flyers, placing ads in various local newspapers, bus stops, other media
- Generating corporate sales through direct Marketing, sales calls to commercial houses and follow-ups through mailers.

Other responsibilities include:
GSA Sales Middle East (Jordon, Syria, Lebanon and Jeddah)
- Overlooking GSA offices in Middle Eastern Region.
- Identifying and expanding GSA networks in Middle East & African region.
- Doing joint promotions and training workshops in Middle East travel trade including UAE
Sky Team alliance:
Sky Team alliance has been rated the best alliance for 5 consecutive years by global travelers. It’s the second largest airline member alliance comprising of 13 internationally reputed Airlines.

- Sole representative of China Southern Airlines for all activities related to Sky Team joint promotions.
- Liaison point between UAE and Sky Team world wide headquarters located in Amsterdam MCC (Marketing Core committee) for UAE.
- Actively involved in doing regular promotional activities in UAE with our alliance members.
Contracting with Other Airlines
- Actively involved in negotiation for SPAs and FIM exchange with other airlines.
