Worked with global business applications center of excellence leaders to manage a portfolio of IT projects for shared services organization
Conducted several solutions assessments in order to identify the best-fit market solutions that will solve the business problem based on deep analysis of gartner and forrester and other reports
Worked closely with project managers to define IT projects business cases, scopes, cost estimations and setup project plans
