I carried out a wide variety of assignments across a diverse range of industries.

Key valuation assignments undertaken by me include, among others, that of a leading car rental and leasing company that was in talks with a local investment company that was interested in acquiring a stake in the same, for an investment company, for a holding company comprising of seven subsidiaries into several businesses.

I also undertook the valuation of an upcoming Islamic Takaful insurance company and also prepared the Private Placement Memorandum for the same. Further, I have conducted financial feasibility studies for real estate projects across Saudi Arabia, Morocco and Kuwait. I conducted a financial feasibility on behalf of a leading Kuwaiti company that carried out construction of three phases in the “Pearl” - in Doha, Qatar. I am good at preparing business plans and my most recent assignment was for developing a business plan for an upcoming airline that proposes to operate from Kuwait, serving the MENA and Indian subcontinent market.

I was employed with ‘Crisil’ as an Analyst in the Corporate Advisory department. A Standard & Poors company, Crisil is India’s leading credit rating agency and fourth largest in the world.

At Crisil, my role involved advising clients on strategic and financial matters supported by extensive research on various sectors and highly customized financial models. For one client, a public sector oil giant setting up pet coke facilities in India, I prepared forecasts of pet coke demand for which I developed a proprietary spreadsheet model. For a public sector power generation company that is India’s largest power generation company, I developed a dynamic pricing model for coal for their planned coal mine, I was also part of a team that undertook fuel selection studies for the public sector power generation company’s new plant. I also conducted a due diligence study of the business plan of a company setting up a beverage manufacturing unit in India.
