The major responsibilities includes the following.
* To ensure that all the relevant documents like work order, check request, invoice,
drawings are attached with contractor bills for audit and issuance of IPC for final
payment.
* Processing of routine payment bills like road marking, sign boards painting, rental
machinery etc for audit and issuance of IPC for final payment.
* Checking of petty bills and entry in petty cash register on daily basis and closing of
cash book on monthly basis.
was responsible for providing
assurance /consultancy as per the audit charter, development
of audit plans and supervising financial, operational and
process audits. The audits performed helped the
management in effective corporate governance by
highlighting risks and organizational problems and
recommending appropriate solutions.
These responsibilities require knowledge in practical
implementation of accounting & auditing standards as well as
Project Management skills to ensure timely completion of
audit and issuance of audit reports. The other responsibilities
