o Responsible for analyzing the monthly trend of costs in lieu of administrative affairs i.e. Proposal forms along with all the necessary documents, consumption of other stationery items (especially papers, toners, Letter Heads etc.).
o Responsible for proposing cost effective measures (where necessary).
o Coordination with the Post Sales team for reviewing the TAT for different customer requests especially Surrenders and Maturity cases, analyzing the requirements and proposing the course of action with regards to the processing of the requests within TAT.

o Responsible for coordination with IT department for implementing the changes and handling the issues in the system generated persistency reports.
o Supervising the subordinates in handling the bank queries.
o Supervising the subordinates in coordination with the sales team in every region in maintaining the desired persistency level.
