Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or
requests
Redirecting HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the
appropriate person of the team
Maintaining records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal
information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the
database and ensure all employment requirements are met
Liaising with other departments or functions (payroll, benets
etc.)
Supporting the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates,
performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting,
issuing employment contracts etc.
Assisting managers in performance management procedures
Scheduling meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain
the team’s agenda
Coordinating training sessions and seminars
Performing orientations, onboarding and update records with
new hires
Performing exit interviews
Supporting other functions as assigned
Provided account services to customers by receiving deposits
and loan payments; cashing checks; issuing savings withdrawals;
recording night and mail deposits.
Recorded transactions by logging cashier's checks, traveler's
checks, and other special services.
