• Responsible for launching the staff performance planning, Mid-Year reviews- Probation Period Evaluations - Year end Evaluations cycles and provide support in this regard.
• Support in Jira tickets for staff Training and Performance queries for customer satisfaction.
• Support in training needs for the staff after each cycle performance and ensure ongoing development as per the individual plan.
• Ensure targeted communication and capacity building programs in the performance management process to enable managers to effectively evaluate and measure individual andteam performance and to optimize performance and productivity.
• Ensure the development, enhancement or acquisition of the Information Technologytools needed to support the performance management activities (New Competency Model implementation)
• Create and process Payment Requests using Jira and check the budget and FM reports using SAP, work along with the Budget and Finance departments to proceed the payments.
• Ensure budgeting and financial records related to Performance and Training are updated.
• Ensure efficient budget coordination of HR departmental, funding, and designated accounts, maintains accurate information regarding the financial status of the cost center used for each account.
• Support in Young Professional Program regarding the current batch throughout their journey (Training needs - Performance Reviews during rotations - Graduation)
• support the hiringprocess (Long list- Short list- Selection- Participate in interviews) for the new intake according to the guidelines along to the onboarding process.
• Manage, Conduct, and facilitate the Monthly Updates Quarterly and Semi- Annual PerformanceReview meetings.
• Handles the performance Appeal requests and coordinate the hearing along with the Appeal committee.
• Preparing the Training Calendar for the company.
• Conducted skills gap analysis to determine the needed trainings.
• Develop the onboarding process for the new hires.
• Responsible for creating the performance appraisals for the company including its all phases.

o Manage the Performance Management Cycle to ensure the efficiency

follow up with the stores to ensure the same. Including performance evaluations,
and performance development plans.
o Responsible for the internal trainings and creating the commercial calendar.
o organizing for the training campaigns in the company and prepare for the upcoming
trainings
o Ensure ongoing development for the employees.
o Develop and carryout effective induction programmes.
o Help to improve and maintain staff engagement e.g. via staff surveys and follow-up
initiatives.
o Created Learning Offers for each employee in the company in order to ensure a
clear career path for them.

o Collaborates with team to analyze and recommend learning solutions that achieve
desired outcomes.
o Responsible in the creation of the CDS account and grant access to Toolbox and
My Learning through our local and global IT colleagues
