Duties & Responsibilities:
• Lead People Strategy function
• Deeply partner with the company’s leaders in Kuwait and KSA, ensuring each market receives HR support grounded in local talent dynamics and business needs
• Own Talent Acquisition for the entire organization, overseeing recruitment strategy, execution, and end-to-end hiring processes across Kuwait and KSA
• Provide regional market intelligence (talent trends, salary benchmarks, competitor practices) to guide leadership decision-making
• Partner with Marketing & Corporate Communications to elevate the company’s visibility through storytelling, thought-leadership, social media presence, career campaigns, and employee-centric content
• Lead employer brand analytics, tracking brand perception, candidate sentiment, offer acceptance drivers, and competitive benchmarking to ensure continuous brand enhancement
• Design and execute the company’s talent attraction strategy, ensuring proactive outreach, multi-country sourcing, and targeted campaigns to attract high-value talent
• Establish the company’s presence in regional talent markets by participating in the related industry networking events, university partnerships, MBA hiring pipelines, and leadership forums
• Use market mapping and strategic sourcing to identify future talent early, maintaining relationships with high-potential candidates before roles open
• Promote employees’ continuous improvement

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Human Resources Business Partner with direct stakeholders in all related matters
• Handle the recruitment process by drafting the job descriptions, sourcing candidates, interviewing, giving feedback and recommendations to the Head of the concerned sectors, collecting the required documents from candidates, checking the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) requirements for some related positions, preparing the onboarding and orientation process
• Drive the learning and development needs by preparing the annual training plan, recommending the best training courses and workshops, collaborating with the concerned providers, and building the effort to evaluate the effectiveness to create high potential talent and succession programs
• Lead the performance evaluation and KPIs cycle and align it with the succession plan
• Handle the internship programs by contacting universities, making related plans and presentations, reviewing the timeline roadmap of the Interns' projects with the Heads, and issuing the internship letters and certificates
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
• Provide HR policy guidance, draft, review, and modify related procedures as and when required
• Prepare the related strategic HR reports and presentations
• In charge of preparing HR and administration reports related to the Company's annual sustainability report

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare the final year end-annual recruitment budgeting along with the Head of departments, and analyze the recruitment requests to maintain the yearly manpower plan in addition to the recruitment financial reports and dashboards
• Responsible of the whole recruitment cycle from creating the job descriptions, posting the vacancies on DDI’s website, LinkedIn, Bayt.com, and other recruitment channels, interviewing and selecting the candidates, preparing the job offers, contracts, and all related documents
• Handle all onboarding procedures by doing the police clearance letter for the new joiner, following up to complete the new joiner’s medical checkup process, informing the concerned departments, sending the welcome circulars, and coordinating with other departments for the required tours and orientations
• Control the probation period process, this includes preparing the probation period evaluation form, and the after-probation period letters
• Manage the employees’ medical licenses
• Responsible of the training and development courses by facilitating, tracking, and securing feedback on the internal courses conducted in DDI
• Handle and control the Internship programs and procedures
• Support the HR Manager with any additional required tasks

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Interview and select the appropriate candidates for the opening positions and do all the recruitment procedures
• Responsible of the performance appraisal process and ensure to be aligned with the compensation and benefits yearly plan
• In charge of Training Management, this includes doing the training courses analysis, contacting the institutes provided, formulating the training courses calendar, and controlling the training feedback evaluation process
• Train the employees and make the required orientations to introduce any new concept in the HR department
• Prepare required HR reports, dashboards, and policies
• Prepare resignation and termination letters and do all the related procedures
• Conduct exit interviews
• Handle the employees’ relations, complaints, personnel information, and sensitive problems
• Issue the warning letters after making the investigation cycle with the Legal team
• Prepare recommendation letters, salary continuation, to whom it may concern, and experience certificates
• Prepare all HR circulars, handle, and draft all Company’s internal communication
• Support the HR Director with any additional required tasks

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible of the recruitment life cycle, this includes preparing the manpower requisitions, checking application forms, interviewing candidates, and doing the job offers and contracts
• Participate in employment events such as career fairs
• Responsible for the negotiation with the external work-related agencies
• Control the employees’ relations
• Interpret and advise employees based on labor law
• Support the HR team with any tasks required by the management
