- Taking care of all complaints from customers and offering the right solution to their problems.
- Analyze monthly report complaints to avoid such issues in the future.
- Closing deals with outsource companies(B2B).
- Dealing with all inquiries and resolving any problems over the phone or in person.
-Checking all subscription evaluations from our customer.
-Update office policies as needed.

Organizing the hospitality requirements for management meetings and presentations.
