Translate articles for ArabNews which is an English-language daily newspaper published in Saudi Arabia & one of publications published by Saudi Research and Publishing Company (SRPC)

-Checking the Import &Export documents (Invoice, PL, BL...etc) .
-Follow up with the Shipping Forwarder & Clearance Company .
- Follow up Customs'Bank Guarantee & all the Customs'Procedures related to it.
- Coordinate with Production Department to schedule the loading & uploading, booking dates which appropriate with the Purchasing Orders, QC plan, production plan ...etc.
-Dealing with any upcoming changes & problems & try to resolve it with less possible losses

-Checking the Import &Export documents (Invoice, PL, BL...etc) .

- Follow up Customs'Bank Guarantee & all the Customs'Procedures related to it.
-Translate all the Arabic transactions & papers to English and send them to the Head Company at TW as a reference for the US Customs' inspection.
- Coordinate with Production Department to schedule the loading & uploading, booking dates which appropriate with the Purchasing Orders, QC plan, production plan ...etc.
-Dealing with any upcoming changes & problems & try to resolve it with less possible losses
