Conducts Training Needs Analysis (Food & Beverage Shops & Legal Department)
• Recommends training feedback according to the training needs analysis conducted
• Ensures and follows up on the implementation of internal Training Procedures
• In-charge of the entire Training Process (Pre, during and Post) for the workshops assigned
• Facilitates Training Workshops assigned (Service Culture, Orientation, Handling Customer Complaints)
• Provides and submits feedback on colleagues’ class performance through Post Training Reports
• Maintains and continuously updates reports such as Training Evaluation Log, Training Nominations file to keep track of the administrative duties of the Department
• Manages all training nominations coming from Head Office and Operations and ensures communication of seat confirmation to colleagues are done in a timely manner
• Redesigns and recommends changes in training materials as assigned
• In-charge of managing External Training Requests from colleagues (from researching external training providers and makes further recommendation of the top training solutions in the market and industry
Organizing events (Business dinner functions, press conference, launches and cocktail reception)
• Creating agendas and preparing event details
• Site inspections and selling the hotel and the banquet venues
• Sending proposals, contracts and handling all the event details with the clients
• Training new colleagues on the system and work procedures
